Shipping policy
All orders ship from my studio, lovingly named the Fungeon, in Richmond, Kentucky, USA.
Ready to ship items will usually ship out within 1-3 days, however due to life and travel some orders may take up to 7 business days to ship.
Made to order items can take from 2-8 weeks to create and ship depending on current orders.
USA ORDERS
Items are shipped via USPS or UPSwith tracking and insurance to cover the cost of the item in cases of damage or loss.
* I cannot do refunds or replacements if the carrier does not accept the claim. I am not a major corporation with this option, thank you for understanding.
Orders usually arrive 2-7 days from the day they are sent out. You will receive tracking information to your account's email address once the order has been sent.
*The customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping charges associated with providing the wrong address. If the package is returned to me due to the address being undeliverable, the customer will have to pay for shipping and provide an alternative address.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Items are shipped via USPS Priority mail which includes tracking and insurance. Ship times can vary from 7-21 business days, depending on your country's customs policies. Please know your country's shipping policies and import taxes. TreeShine Designs is NOT responsible for any taxes, customs charges, or import duties. What you pay us is strictly for the item and shipping cost only. Purchaser is responsible for paying any additional fees.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once a package has been shipped, it is out of my control and in the hands of the shipping company.
If an item is lost on it's way to you, or marked as delivered without delivery, we recommend contacting your local post office branch immediately. Please contact us after reaching the postal service if you need more assistance. I cannot be responsible for damage or missing packages caused by shipping companies. However, I am a human that likes to help humans, so please contact me and I will try to help.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an error has been made, customer is responsible for any re-routing fees or extra shipping costs that may occur from said error. Notification of a correction or update to your shipping address must be received via our email TreeShineDesigns@gmail.com
