Refunds

As a rule, I do not give refunds. However, if you have a problem with your order, please let me know so we can make it right. Some options may include store credit, a discount on future purchases, or an exchange.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns

I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, there must be a problem with your item.

To start a return, you can contact me at TreeShineDesigns@gmail.com  If your return is accepted, I will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*Customers are responsible for return shipping. I recommend getting tracking and insurance on your return package, I am not responsible if a package doesn’t make it back. In that situation you will have to file a claim with your shipping company.
